SHIPPING DETAILS
We offer domestic and international delivery services via Ninja Van and Pos Laju Malaysia (Sabah,Sarawak and Labuan). Pos Laju Malaysia is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact doublehcloset@gmail.com
POSTAGE FEES
a. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
East Malaysia – RM 10.00
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 20
Additional fees may be charge depending on the weight of the parcel as per Ninja Van and Pos Laju Tariff Rate.
b. International Delivery
We charge based on Pos Laju International postage fees.
